Cross over or mashed up

If one studio (not Fox, maybe Sony but not Fox) owned the rights to all the comic characters from the the big two (DC and Marvel) and the indie comic book companies what crossed over would you like to see the most?

The ones that make sense. (i.e. Marvel with Marvel, DC with DC, Indies by themselves)
