Th Confused Men in Black III!

They're never making this movie, huh? I know people were disappointed with the second one, but I think they still like the idea of Tommy Lee Jones and Will Smith fighting aliens. I think that with a good script the series could be saved.

I'd like to see a third movie. I think they should take some ideas from the animated series, which had some great plots, maybe they could introduce Alpha?

It could have potential, but if it never surfaces, I probably won't even bat an eye. I always considered that series to be long ovah.

Part 2 made money, so I don't see what the big deal is. And, it wouldn't be the first time a bad movie got a sequel. Just look at The Fast and The Furious.

Right, but MiB2 took a fairly decent drop in profits from part 1. In our current climate, if sequels don't do equal or more, its a sign to take them out back and bolt-gun their brains out.

There was talk of STV MIB3 year or two ago...

Let's see... it's twelve years since the first Men in Black. I'm expecting a remake/reboot/rehash in a near future.

I remember shortly after MIB 2 came out, Will Smith said we wouldn't have to wait five years for another one. Well it's been almost seven years now.

I agree with another poster. Bad Boys 3 is much more important now. Maybe Bay can do this when he's done with TF: Revenge Of The Fallen. Unless he's doing another project at the time.

He's taking time off after TF2 and then going to work on TF3, so not gonna happen.

Only if they make it with Mos Def and Rufus Sewell.

"We're making it truer to the comics this time."

I bet the comic fans wouldn't mind.

I've never read 'em, but I know that the other agent wasn't black and shooting willsmith jokes.

Me? I don't care. Didn't like the first two movies. They can do whatever they like with this "franchise". (Unless I start reading the comics and fall in love with them )

I'd like the see a movie set off world. Like a criminal escapes earth and the MIB chases him all over the galaxy....sort of like the fugitive in space...with comedy

I thought the second MIB was better than the first. Both are great though.

I would like them to do another, just to see if they can recapture some of the magic from the first MIB, and make us forget about MIB2.

Hell, Will Smith could probably do it sans Jones if the latter isn't interested, just find someone to play against him. It would be funny as hell if they got someone like Steve Carrell on board as an overeager new partner and Will is now the sarcastic, grizzled vet.

You basically just described the opening of MIB 2...what with Patrick Warburton as the overeager new partner and Will as the sarcastic (not-so grizzled) vet...
