Default Formatting ROMs to playable discs for Consoles

I have a collection of ROMS I have been building on for about 4 years. I have always wanted to burn them to a playble disc for my 360 or my PS3. I hear from many it's impossible, I hear from others it not only possible but easy if you got the know how.
Does anyone know anything in this regard? I have always wanted to make my own mixtape of classic games...

I know the 360 has a developers kit that lets you convert games you "create" to xbox format so you can play them. Microsoft does it so you can try to sell the games on the marketplace for microsoft points (and give microsoft a cut as well of course).

You can probably go to the xbox website and dig around.
