Lindsay Lohan: Train Wreck Edition

TMZ has learned that Lindsay Lohan will be charged with felony grand theft tomorrow. Sources connected with the case tell us ... the single count of felony grand theft will be filed at Airport Court in L.A. Wednesday morning.

Lindsay will be arraigned at 1:30 PM. She must be present for the hearing.

Lindsay will be charged with stealing a $2,500 necklace from an L.A. jewelry store.

If convicted, she could be sent to California State prison.

This girl can seriously never catch a break.

It's time to throw the book at her. Is this not a parole violation? Being charged with a felony was bad enough. No more caving in to slick-ass celebrity lawyers. Now's the time to treat her like any other dumb b****.

I guess she didn't learn from the lessons of Winoda Ryder, who shoplifted and paid for it by having her career in the pits for years, and just recently have a resurgence in Hollywood. Lohan is in real need for help, and neither of her incompetent parents can offer it to her.

In Winaoa case, it seems that she is cleptomane and she has talent ( at least above Lindsay ), she also doesn't look like James Brown after a truckload of PCP ( horse drug ).

It was hardly prison that worked for him. If i remember correctly he was caught with drugs not long after being released from prison. Whatever it was, i can never know.

Not that Lohan doesn't deserve punishment if she breaks the law, but i wouldn't really compare her to Downey.

We don't know how much she can "easily afford" these days. Her work's been spotty for the last three or four years, and a lot of that cash has to have been going to attorneys and managers (who still want they money, no matter how much or little your working). Barring that, she just seems like the "wildin'-out" type who does it 'cause she knows damn well that it's wrong.

Reportedly (from TMZ) Lohan had enough money to buy the necklace is she wanted to. The necklace is worth $2,500 and she had $6,000 with her.

Sources connected to the case tell us ... Lindsay had around $6,000 in cash with her because she had been eyeing a ring in the store, which was going for $3,400. Lindsay had gone to the store several times previously, debating whether to buy it.

I was not aware of any wretched rumors connecting her to the Superman reboot. Hopefully this puts an end to that! She can't very well be in the movie while behind bars, methinks.
