Who was the 4Kids cartoon's best fighter, Bishop or Shredder/Oroku Saki/Ch'rell.
Both Bishop and Shredder were the two best fighters in the 4Kids cartoon.
Agent Bishop who used agility and improvised, or The Shredder who used bruted forced. |

I have to with Agent bishop, who took on the turtles by himself, Since the Shredder relied on the the foot ninja and used cheap shots against the turtles.

Agent Bishop is the best fighter out of the whole series. He fought the Turtles , Karai , Hun and Splinter all at the same time and nearly won.
