Black Widow Pre-SHIELD Movie

The Avengers movie has given the audience some hints on Natasha's backstory that will be developped later in a Black Widow stand alone movie.

Here's what we know from the Loki-Natasha scene in the Avengers: Before Natasha worked for SHIELD, she made a name for herself as she had specific skillsets that put her in SHIELD's radar in a bad way. SHIELD sends Clint Barton to kill her, but Barton spared her life.

It appears that she wants to clear herself from her bloody past:

1 - Drakoff's daughter,
2 - Sao Paulo,
3 - the Hospital Fire.

Are these familiar to well-versed comic book fans? Are they in the comic books?

Anyway, we should expect Black Widow to be a badass high level threat to world security that gets SHIELD going after her. Looking forward to this movie.
