Is drivethrucomics.com safe?

I like that I own my books but I don't like that my account could be hacked and some jerk could spred files with my name on online? As a costumer what rights do I have if that happens? I could end up being sued because of it!!

If we discovered that a customer account had been hacked and files with their name on them had been shared we would of course work with that customer to resolve the situation and I would also let concerned publishers know about the details of the hacked account.
