Since that line got my biggest reaction, I guess it wins for my favorite quote.

I'm glad that kid during the Bonecrusher/Prime fight on the freeway, in the SUV didn't say anything annoying. For a second there, i thought we were going to get hit with a Spiderman 3-cringe-worthy "Wicked cool!"

Megatron's line to Sam (I think, when he's chasing him for the All-Spark) that goes something to the effect of "Is it fear or courage that compels you, boy?" (delivered in that all too familiar Hugo Weaving drawl [I'm pretty sure he also says "compel" frequently during the Matrix movies]).
