Ironhide Cameo In G.I. Joe?

Well, not exactly, but..

Since Transformers had cameos by Furbies and My Little Pony in it..

Could Hasbro be putting a classic Ironhide in the background as an easter egg like the ones in TF?

It's an odd choice, and stands out to me to be more than coincidence.

Thoughts/Reactions?

He means the red van behind the hummer. Which is what IDW Ironhide (and Ratchet) have for an alt mode.

My take: Maybe. But if Hasbro were going to do a placement like that it. Wouldn't the real vehicle classics Ironhide was based on be better. A north american SUV (Ford explorer maybe).
