what toy is that face from?

Its from the normal 4 inch Cobra Commander toy.

Thats the white coat version. The black coat version is the most common.

I guess the mods can close this thread since he doesn't look like that in the movie.

i dont think he had the claw hands in the movie at all. its probably like the giant friggin claw he comes with, just a fun accessory. cool thing about the doctor figure is that the mask and the hair are removable

He looked NOTHING like the first toy images on this thread. Thankfully, he looked MUCH better. The new Doctor toy look good, I might have to get that one!
