unofrtunately not. I would have rather this get another adjective like Amazing X-men (to go along with Astonishing, both which were used in AOA)

I'll give the new writer a try but i wish they would put Paul Cornell on a main X-Title. He wrote a Kick-Ass Vampire Arc in the last few issues of Captain Britain & MI-13.......

Paul Cornell is apparently only able to do one ongoing at a time it seems (He's a TV writer (Doctor Who, amongst other things.) as well as a science fiction novelist in general. He's about to start Action Comics (Starring Lex Luthor) soon, but I'd love to see him on a X Title for sure.

Well, that would actually be in Legacy. This is a completely new title that's starting up.

I'd rather see Astonishing go away and Ellis (minus Kaare artwork) write a new Adjectiveless as in-continuity.

Technically, his current Astonishing has been. Kind of. It's been at least semi-acknowledged.
And it's been fine. Stop the senseless hating, Outcry! You're not Manic!

The only X-related work Ive liked of Ellis was his Excalibur. That was good but I havent cared for anything else from him. His AXM has been painfully boring

Boring doesn't make it badly-written.
Subjective opinion does not indicate a work's quality or worth. It's been well-written, cerebral, and relatively original if a bit out-there. Boring? To some. I certainly don't think so.

This might be the first time I've ever wished an X-Men comic to fail resoundingly.

Let me guess: mutants can turn on/off vampirism?

And I guarantee it won't be as well-written as Cornell's MI:13 Dracula story.

^^Ah, good times, good times. It'll be hard work to have this measure up to that.... but you never know. I seem to recall rather enjoying both Gambit and Storm as vampires in MUtant X.

IA. The hate for this title is overblown. I think the vampire bit is stupid but at least we know it will only be one arc and hey may end up being a surprisingly good story. My biggest concern is that it will simply bc Uncanny 2.0. I really hope it gets more structure after the first arc and gets a defined and distinct cast. I doubt it but thats what I want. I dont want it to be Uncanny in new adventures

So I decided to pop into this thread, and...
What the hell, man?! I always give reasons for why I hate stuff. I don't even remember if Outcry ever said why he hates X-Factor.
