For November:

WOLVERINE #3
Written by JASON AARON Penciled by RENATO GUEDES Cover by JAE LEE
"Wolverine Goes to Hell" Part Three Logan's soul is trapped in hell, fighting off hordes of old enemies who all want to see him suffer. Meanwhile his demonically-possessed body is running around on earth, looking to slaughter everyone Logan has ever cared about. Who could possibly help sort all this out? Maybe a certain flaming-skulled biker and his buddy, the Son of Satan? Plus, the dramatic return of the toughest, most two-fisted dwarf Marvel has ever seen.
40 pages, $3.99.

DAKEN: DARK WOLVERINE #3
Written by MARJORIE LIU & DANIEL WAY Pencils and Cover by GIUSEPPE CAMUNCOLI
EMPIRE: ACT I, Part 3 (of 3) Daken has shown in the past that he's willing to do absolutely anything to accomplish his goals, but DYING? That seems a bit extreme. However, impossible as it may seem, there are things in life that you can only accomplish after death. Just ask Wolverine…
32 pages, $2.99.

X-23 #3
Written by MARJORIE LIU Penciled by WILL CONRAD Cover by DANNI SHINYA LUO
Cast adrift, and hunted by those she once considered friends, X-23 is forced to confront the Devil himself to save her soul. If she even has a soul...
32 pages, $2.99.

ASTONISHING SPIDER-MAN & WOLVERINE #4
Written by JASON AARON Pencils & Cover by ADAM KUBERT
Who is the major Marvel villain throwing Spider-Man and Wolverine through time? FIND OUT HERE! The adventure through time takes a strange turn as Wolverine finds himself face to face with a young pre-"With Great Power" revelation Peter Parker and Spider-Man finds himself in the wilds of Canada face-to-face with a savage young James Howlett! And as if that weren't enough, we also get the lowdown on The Czar and Big Murder.
32 pages, $3.99.

Dang, how many ongoings does he need? This isn't even the regular Wolverine book that just relaunched.

"Too violent to show?" What? is this supposed to be a max book? If they can't show a preview due to it's obscene levels of violence, then how can it pass Marvel's non-max violence standards?

It seems like it SHOULD be a Max title but I don't recall seeing them say it was on that link. Guess we'll know for sure when the solicits come out for December.

The preview for Wolverine #1 looks interesting; Jason Aaron is writing also so I think I'll check it out. Interesting to see Wraith in here as well.

You know here's an idea let's have 2 Wolverine books. One is a Max book let's face it Wolverine is a charachter who can have a Max comic and maybe let's do a BND type thing with Wolverine were various writers can tell stories over 2 maybe 3 times a month in the one comic. X-23 and daken I don't mind having their spin offs but there are tooo many comics with Logan in them at the minute.

I wish there was just the one MAX title. Seems the only way to do the Wolvester any real justice.

And I've been loving him there. I'd be happy if that was the only X book he was in. It's not like they use him for much elsewhere except for cannon fodder.

I really like this cover:

Quote:
WHAT IF? WOLVERINE: FATHER
Written by ROB WILLIAMS
Penciled by GREG TOCCHINI
Cover by LEINIL FRANCIS YU
Back-Up Story By RICK REMENDER & SHAWN MOLL
If there's one person who shouldn't raise a child, it's a berserker killing machine. In the regular Marvel Universe, Logan wasn't there for Daken, and his son grew up to become the murderous Dark Wolverine. But what would have happened if Logan had known of Daken's existence as a child, and had taken him under his wing from his first moments? Can a child with Logan's blood running through his veins ever turn his back on murder? Can Logan find redemption and be a good father? Raising Daken will be Wolverine's greatest battle. PLUS, What If: The Venom Symbiote Possessed Deadpool Ė Part 2!
40 PGS./Rated T+ Ö$3.99

CBR has a new interview with Jason Aaron:

http://www.comicbookresources.com/?p...ticle&id=28733

I love the voice Aaron has for Wolverine, but I have just a couple issues:
-Overpacking stopries with supporting characters/cameos
-Losing focus towards the end of arcs
-Melita as Logan's new girlfriend (he's so much better with Domino, IMO)
-inserting faith and religion into my comics via Logan's trip to the real hell and the whole nightcrawler story at the end of Weapon X.

If I wanted to read about preachy religious characters, I'd pick up a bible.
No offense. lol

I finally got issue 1 and 2 of Daken and I love it. It thankfully has picked up from its slump post Siege.

Nope, it's out in December. I don't know the exact date though..Oddly enough the solicits didn't have any dates, haha.

Funny, I skimmed the december solicits at the Marvel site and didn't see it. I usually mark down books that I want on a checklist so I know what's coming and didn't see it. Huh....
