Think Inglourious Basterds. And if so, do you think it will fly with the general audience? Because this movie is undoubtedly intended for a larger audience than Basterds.

I don't think so with the main point being that subtitles turn the audiences off, I'm thinking in the same vein as Iron Man 2 (mainly since I just watched that movie) that it will have some japanese spoken but overall it's in english.

Yeah, that's what I'm thinking too. I just hope it's like Iron Man and not like those movies where they pretend the English being spoken is another language.
