I think it'll be Hal. Guy, Kyle, and John are stationed at Oa. And if Guy does end up joining a Justice League team, I think it'll be in a revamped Justice League International. Generation Lost has done a great job IMO reviving interest in the good ol' JLI.

I think it's going to be Hal. He's the only Green Lantern that is stationed on Earth. And the only one that is interesting and the only one that matters.

I'm joking about the blacked out par, but I think that the League Lantern will be Hal. The others really don't make much sense.

Also, if the rumors of the Founding Members returning to the Justice League are true, having Hal on the League would be a good way of building it up as opposed to just reforming the League out of nowhere.
