Optimus Prime: Matrix bearer [Vol.3]

This thread is a continuation of two threads I had previously created in the "Transformers" movie forum OPTIMUS PRIME : Appreciation Thread and "Transformers: Revenge Of The Fallen" forum Optimus Prime : Legendary Autobot Leader [vol.2].

Prime is back in Transformers: Dark Of The Moon and this time he's sporting his trademark trailer in his vehicle truck mode .

I'm glad to see Prime with the trailer, He should've had this from the very beginning. Now if we can get a cameo of Peter Cullen driving the truck in this film I'll take back every awful thing I said about Bay having no love or respect for the classic cartoons and the Transformer fans of the mythology.

Transformers Alliance #1 (The prequel comic to ROTF)

Optimus Prime creates a holo-driver for himself in the likeness of Peter Cullen. Epps thought it was a perfect look. We need to see this in the film it would be an awesome tribute to Cullen who's been the heart and soul behind this timeless iconic character .

Lets face it, Prime was like the only shining light of ROTF, in fact i'd find that movie hard to watch if it wasnt for Optimus, so lets hope he is just as awesome in this movie.

I agree . I loved the forest fight with Optimus it was by far the best part of ROTF. I'm hoping to see more badass Prime in DOTM.

^Amazing, I wonder why Prime is arriving late to the final battle like in the first movie though? In the first it was because he was annihilating Bonecrusher, but I wonder what the story is here?

Seeing no Megatron as he approaches has me intrigued also.

What makes you say that? Maybe he will fight from the beginning, that is just a sequence which we saw. How can we know?

^It already looks like a battlefield when he arrives, like in the first movie, the Autobots have already been in the battle.

That one shot doesn't mean he's just arriving. He could've been fighting on the gound, taken off to fight in the air and now we're seeing him land again. Maybe he starts the fight in the sky. It could be anything.
