Imageshack is truly the only host that'll allow images this large, and in the greatest quality. When you click on the thumbnail, under the Links to share this image tab, copy the Direct Link and paste it in the web address bar. Then it should be easy to save.

Pointless bit of trivia: when I was an extra on this I talked Weaving's stand in who was wearing the Red Skull leather jacket. He said the jacket was worth £50,000 as it was designed and made from scratch. 2 years' average salary for a jacket!

Hugo Weaving is indeed Johann Schmidt/Red Skull because those pictures are amazing. He's going to be the best comic book movie villain since Heath Ledger's Joker.
