If you can judge a trailer based on how much it hypes a movie, The Avengers trailer gets me more hyped than TDKR.

But that's mostly because the Avengers working together on the big screen is a fanboy dream.

Or until the Chicago Wonder Con, which I think was in August or September, even though that footage wasn't publicly released at the time. The point of a teaser is to do just that: tease. By that standard this definitely succeeds.

Upon viewing higher quality versions, Gordon has some serious stubble on his chin. Looks like he's been in the hospital for a while.
