1. Thor
2. The Incredible Hulk 3. Iron Man 4. Iron Man 2 5. Captain America: The First Avenger I am surprised that a lot of people voted for Captain America. For me out of all the Marvel Studio films (not including Iron Man 2 since its a sequel), Captain America is the weakest and I was pretty disappointed when I finished watching it. I just didn't feel any strong emotional struggle from Captain America. The film didn't have an emotional depth. He showed courage and heroism but ughhh the story just wasn't that great. Red Skull was a pretty weak villain too, Captain America wiped out his army quite easily and he always went running. The action scenes were decent but it wasn't mind blowing. Then the ending (not the post-credits scene) was not good, like seriously "I had a date". Captain America: The First Avenger was just an alright movie. I think people just voted for it because its the newest.

I'm going to rate these as according to my personal favorites.
Captain America Incredible Hulk Iron Man Thor Iron man 2 Saw Cap for a 2nd time tonight, and I think it's the most tailored to fans. Incredible Hulk needs to get some love. Iron Man is a great film, but it gets kinda boring to me. I never felt that way with Cap and TIH.

I think cap and iron man are on the same level. Chris evens and rdj are always going to be iron man and cap in my mind the casting was perfect. the villains where great and the score were the best as well.

I will agree, the tone/look of Captain America was phenomenal, it felt like the 40s.

1. The Incredible Hulk
2. Iron Man 3. Thor 4. Captain America 5. Iron Man 2 I had some problems choosing between Iron Man, Thor, and Captain America which I consider to all be about on the same level. I always thought The Incredible Hulk is very underrated. |

With that one line and the delivery of it by Chris Evans you felt Steve's anguish at the realization that not only is he a man out of time but he lost an opportunity to be with someone he genuinely loved. It's a case of less is more.

My list is probably:
1. TIH 2. Thor 3. IM 4. Cap 5. IM2 The first four are pretty much equal though in the top tier. I could have labeled them 1a, 1b, 1c, etc.

The two best Marvel studios films are certainly Iron Man and Cap. As someone earlier said, two very different movies, but you know a great movie after watching one, and they both qualify.
I would say TIH and Thor are about on the same level, both good. The only one that is underwhelming is IM2, and even still, it's not a bad movie by any stretch. Marvel really has been putting out quality product.

1. Iron Man
2. The Incredible Hulk (would be #1 had they not chopped it up and kept the suicide opening) 3. Thor 4. Captain America 5. Iron Man I'm really hoping The Avengers will end up #1 on my list. Let's do this, Joss ![]() |

1. Captain America: The First Avenger
2. Iron Man 3. The Incredible Hulk 4. Thor 5. Iron Man 2 The action in both Iron Man and Captain America isn't anything special, it's but nothing really stands out. I give the edge to Captain America because I really liked the aesthetic and the character and world building in it more. |
