A possible 2013 release date?
As Marvel Studio announced 2 movies will be released in summer 2014, one of the most popular guesses is Captain America 2 (July I betted)
One of the reasons being summer 2013 is already full of supheroes, making it impossible to include Cap 2. However, as now THOR 2 got pushed back, July 2013 is completely empty, will Cap 2 got the spot? Then again, unless they're already preparing for this, it would be a little bit rush to bring him back like this. Besides, as Disney has yet provide fully financial support (as I know), 3 movies in one year doesn't seems possible for Marvel Studio. I hope it's never!
 Half-kidding aside, Summer 2013 seems a bit early and the sequel will likely have the same rushed-feel that the first movie had (or am I thinking Avengers?) Anyway... Summer 2014 is more appropriate I think. |

The first weekend of May 2014 is already taken by The Amazing Spider-Man 2 (talk about jumping the gun), so I think Memorial Day 2014 would be appropriate for Cap.

I think since Marvel Studios and Disney pushed up the release date for one of their 2014 movies from June 27, 2014 to April 4 -- I think it's a big indicator it'll be a CA sequel. I think Disney wants to beat Sony to the punch for summer 2014.

Frozen is definitely Captain America, 2014, it'd make sense - easier to follow with similar code names only known by fans - "frost bite."
