It was the 4TH time I'd seen it and simply gets better and better. I would also highly recommend The Chaser which is another great flick.

^ Yeah, The Chaser is great too and so are Mother and The Host. I still haven't watched I Saw the Devil yet. Korean Cinema is awesome.

You need to get off your ass and see I Saw the Devil. That's also another really good one.

I'm still waiting for The Chaser and Memories of Murder to hit Blu-ray in the states though. I've already seen them, but would like to own them.

Haha! Yeah I know. I only heard great things about it. The problem is my new gf doesn't like violent films (I heard it was pretty graphic) and I spend a lot of time with her, so I have to find a window

Sounds like it's time for you to "work late" and bring your DVD player to the office with you.

The thing I love about Korean, or Asian cinema is that they don't go for that "Hollywood" ending where everything is resolved when the bad guy is caught. I have never seen a Korean film where there's a happy ending. Look at the endings in Mother, Memories of murder, the chaser and I saw the devil. These endings are devastating.

True. They are also usually more unpredictable than most "Hollywood" films.

"The Descendants." Really great film.
Now I think Clooney truly has a shot at Best Actor on Sunday.

Currently watching Fight Club. It took me far too long to discover this movie. It's sooo good.

Coincidentally I've just watched Punch-Drunk Love.

This has always been a favorite of mine, but that goes for most of PTA's films, he's truly a phenomenal director.
