QT: Diplomatic Immunity, Citizen's Arrest
Are there any loopholes where a Diplomat, Political Leader, Commander and/or Army can be placed under arrest by citizen(s) and/or non-citizen(s)?
I am acquainted with the risks, and knowledge that every country has a dissimilar version of in flagrante delicto or Citizen's Arrest, but what are the limitations? Can an individual(s) also construct a private security firm without a government contract?
