Okay this idea I kinda like, though to be honest, Im not very familiar with the character, really just his appearance in the Spider-Man cartoon in the 90s, I havent seen the animated Dr Strange either. But, what about, and I know he's already a Marvel character at Fox...

Honestly, I never really liked the whole Tom Felton as Pietro thing. He might get the arrogance across, but I really can't see him be able to also pull off the more noble aspect of the character.

I'm still going for Paul Wesley.

I think Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch should be young when they start out. I think Tom Felton and Evan Rachel Wood (she's not European, but she's got an almost exotic look for her that I don't think should matter) would make a fine pair. Leven Rambin as Polaris is also inspired (she's good in her small part in The Hunger Games!).

As for Crystal, she's part of the Fantastic Four universe. But if I had to choose, how about Isabel Lucas?

Meh, I've never really been the biggest fan of Felton as a younger Quicksilver. I just personally can't see it. He could get the smugness across, but that's not the only aspect of Quicks' character. I just think Tom Felton's too ferret-faced (get the joke there?) and I can't see him being able pull off the character's more noble aspects even when Pietro's a member of the Brotherhood (such as his genuine devotion to his sister and whatnot).

Evan Rachel Wood hasn't really been doing alot lately and TBH, I've personally found her a bit annoying lately. Just more of a personal issue I guess.

Of course, I usually cast the twins around Avengers era, but really, Paul Wesley and Katie McGrath are only about 4-5 years older than Felton and Wood (and IMHO, much more attractive than those two ). If we were going for younger/First Class Era or something for Pietro and Wanda, these are my choices:

Quicksilver: Hunter Parrish (coincidentially, he also voiced Kid Flash in an episode of Batman: The Brave and the Bold)


Scarlet Witch: Rooney Mara (but not like the lame depiction from X-Men: Evolution; keep the Lisbeth Salander look out of this one)



Hmmm, Isabel Lucas as Crystal isn't too bad. I can definitely see her hit it off well with Paul Wesley and/or Hunter Parrish.

And thanks for the feedback on Leven! I still haven't seen Hunger Games yet, but I figured I could start trying to cast people from there as MU charas.

Isabel Lucas. That really is an interesting idea for Crystal.

Another idea is Holliday Grainger (Jane Eyre, Upcoming Anna Karenina adaption) as, because Crystal is a member of a Royal family, I like the idea of her being played by a British actress.

Although I think that Ian McKellen did a great job, I feel that Magneto from the comics is just a better looking man than McKellen is.

Interesting Black Bolt choice. I like the idea of an older BB, just not sure on the actor..might be a little too old. I've always thought of J. Fiennes as Vision. He was great as Merlin on Camelot

I always thought it was weird to pick a big actor, especially (mostly?) because he doesn't talk. It's one role where a physical actor would be best.

Precisely why I chose an actor like Bernard Hill. He's so expressive and can do alot with so little. That's what you really need for a character like Black Bolt. Someone who eminates power without saying a word.
