They really screwed Storm over. They didn´t know what to do with her charakter. When she got more screentime she was portrayed in a bad way. Also the whole long, hair short hair ugly black streaks....

OMG their is a pic of ANTM winner Eva Marcille dressed as Storm for Halloween and she so looks the part! This is how she should've looked in the movie! a true goddess!!!

I personally think Storm should've been more worked out in the movies. Halle could've been a great Storm, but she didn't get a chance. I'm a Storm fan, along with Gambit, but movie Storm did nothing for me.

True. But the're just less action on the movie. on the first x-men movie, we didn't even see Storm fly. and she needs the iconic cape and the tiara.

We did see Storm fly in the first movie, she flew up the elevator shaft, and just after she gets out of the elevator shaft, she flies down the stairs.
she had a cape as well, her costume was the one that was pretty much just like in the original comics, apart from the tiara, but that might've looked silly, esp awkward to place as it had to be sat upon a wig.

I was referring to her iconic cape. Storm wasn't flying inside the elevator, she seemed to be more like floating, not flying. lol : )

Hmmmm.... Tiara placed on a wig? Well, i think there are experts who could make it look good.

Dude, Storm does not have the superpower of flight, she uses the wind to keep her afloat. So what you saw her do in X-Men1, in regards to flying, is what she does all the time when in 'flight'.

haha, well, she still flew in the movie, I think you just forgot about that, , and she did fly foward a little bit, as I said, when she walks toward toad, she flies down the little flight of stairs.

I agree with you. Storm should have been the one who had a schism with Cyclops. and Storm should have led the Avengers vs X-Men event. Storm wasn't written well in Avengers too.But let's just all be happy that at least we got to see her in different comic issues every month. : )By the way, Storm ranked #37 in IGN's top 50 avengers, based on fan votes.Happy Storm Month!
