I wouldn't say he was in "consistent" shape in Spider-Man 3, imo.

He's wearing a muscle suit in the second pic. They just made it look like skin for the suit's damage. The reason you think his physique looks different between the two shots is a combination of the angle and pose. Also, his actual physique DID change with each film. He got extremely ripped for SM1, then he was just in good shape for SM2. He was in just decent shape for SM3 (you could start to see some gut in many scenes).

The songs actually do relate back to the film and the struggles the character is said to be dealing with. Figured it might be interesting to post, also have one for 'Avengers.' While it has some bands from previous Spidey soundtracks, a lot of it is more alternative or indie sounding. I actually have no doubt if there is a soundtrack 'Spidey's Curse' will be on there since it's a very new song by the Black Lips who had a track on '500 Days of Summer,' a song on the Avengers soundtrack (Come back) is already online for example prior released albeit still relatively new.

Classic to MARVEL soundtracks using those kinds of bands. I think there's something in there for everyone though. Although I will say the Seether song is surprisingly different from everything else they've done. I don't usually like Jimmy Eat World - but that song, for example, is classic Spidey and his wit.

Played Twilight: Scene It? for Wii yesterday. I'm really enjoying it. Even though I'm playing it by myself, it's fun to see if I can beat my high score. The questions are challenging which is good, cause it wouldn't be much fun if all the questions were too easy. Some of them are, but most of them are challenging. I also like how it only gives you a certain amount of time to answer the questions and the faster you answer them, the more points you get. It makes it more challenging.

For the guys on here: would you worry if you kissed a girl a couple of times, and then one day she tells you that she has HSV-1 (cold sore)? But at the times you kissed her, she didn't have any cold sores present.

I bought the disc at GameStop. There are other versions for the Nintendo DS and iPhone. There is also a board game version available, one with a dvd, one without, another that also asks questions from New Moon and Eclipse with a dvd [which also have board game versions without a dvd]. I bet she would like it. I recently read the book and it was still a fun challenge. Even if I watched the movie again, it would still be a fun challenge.

You can catch HSV1 from someone even if they don't have any visible cold sores.

There's less of a chance to aquire HSV when the individual that has it, is not having an outbreak. However, you can still be infected. I'm not sure if there is a test for it but you can contact your private doctor.
