Default Sons of Anarchy
Anyone seen the spots for this new series...same producers as The Shield!?!

Apparently, its coming in September (...pretty soon...), but I wasn't sure when...and def don't want to miss it...anyone know, for sure!?

Pretty cool that Ron Pearlman is in it, tho...

Words cannot Express how excited I am for JIMMY SMITS to return ro the screen as a Gangster and on top of that a Mentor To Jax on SOA.....Ridiculously JUICED!!!

If anyone wants to see Jimmy Smits in Action as a Gangster Check out Mi Familia....Its a Great Movie and in my eyes a Classic in its own right.

Sons of Anarchy has tapped Harold Perrineau to join the Season 5 cast in the critical role of Damon Pope.

The Lost vet will play the ex-drug kingpin whose daughter was murdered by Tig in the Season 4 finale, creating what series creator Kurt Sutter recently called a “clusterf***” for Jax and SAMCRO.

“I definitely wanted to lay some track for Season 5 and put some complications already on Jax’s shoulder as he’s sitting at the head of the table,” Sutter told TVLine last year. “He’s already got a problem [going into Season 5].”

This marks SOA‘s second major Season 5 hire. Last month, Jimmy Smits was cast in a major season-long arc as Neron “Nero” Padilla, a Latino gangster who becomes an unlikely (and dangerous) mentor for Jax.

Should be interesting to see what he does with the role. He was pretty good in Lost even though his character annoyed the **** out of me.

he may have been an annoying pain in the ass on Lost, but I liked him on Oz as the on-screen inmate narrator...

Yep. Never watched Lost but from everything else I've seen him in he'd be the last guy I'd picture for Pope.

The first four seasons were amazing . The last two were awful . It really is amazing how badly the show dipped in quality in its final season .

Well in the case of Lost it was really more the character he had to play than the actor himself. His casting is a bit out of left field so they must have something very interesting planned.
