Default Are there any Captain Midnight collections?

Are there any hardcover or trade collections of the golden age hero, CAPTAIN MIDNIGHT?

Perhaps this might help. According to an entry in Wikipedia, it states that in 2010 Moonstone published a collection of new stories about him. Here's a link to that article:
