Would anybody be game for a West Coast Avengers movie?

Should Marvel/Disney push this idea once The Avenger trilogy is done?

I'd rather they just cycle those characters into the Avengers, and keep going with Avengers 4-6.

I'd like to see Guardians of the Galaxy or Dr Strange. Films that are not your typical superhero movies. GotG could be what GL was supposed to be. Dr Strange would introduce mythology and mysticism to the genre.

Fair enough.

But I'm certain that by the time Avengers 3 comes out (2017?) Marvel would've released GotG and Dr. Strange.

But if they get back Fantastic Four, Ghost Rider and Daredevil they'll have more on their plate.

Yeah, within this MCU, I would probably lean towards just rotating the roster and keeping it just "The Avengers". Ideally though, I'd hope we'd be able to keep as much of the original roster for as long as they can.

As far as cycling in other heroes. I would like it to be:
Ms. Marvel
Luke Cage
War Machine(mainly cause he is already established)
Mockingbird

Hopefully Hawkeye sticks around SHIELD and/or the Avengers for a while since he didn't get his own film

I think they are still FOX but I don't know for sure.

Have them come over and steal the Hulk.

Or if he's getting his own sequel have them show up there.
Maybe introduce Valkyrie through the second Thor movie.
And then snag Surfer (who really deserves his own solo movie reboot).

Although I absolutely wouldn't mind a WC Avengers movie SOMEWHERE down the line.

I Agree! Defenders before WC Avengers. Maybe throw in Hurcules as an answer to Avengers' Thor

For Defenders that would be Valkyrie. Hercules need not apply.

Unless you're talking a Champions movie, then by all means.

A Wacko's movie??? Hell yeah!!!!

But do it after a FF reboot so you can do the storyline where the Thing almost becomes a member. I grew up on Hulk, Spidey, IronMan and the WCA. I'd love to see a Silver Centurion suit that actually gives Stark cancer...but I'm afraid that IM3 is already going to be about a technovirus. (Layton's Silver Cent suit is my favorite though!!).

Do Wonder Man with a totally Hollywooded-out glamtastic style...this would rock. But yeah...down the road a piece.
