The same standard I have for what makes a film indie: Things that aren't produced or funded by large and/or largish media companies.

Well, it kinda should be established what is and what isn't. I mean, by your logic, Elongated Man is an indie character cuz he's not as popular as Superman or Batman.

But essentially, it's creator owned. Hellbalzer is not, nor has it ever been, creator owned.

Besides, we moved on already cuz, you know, I'm right and s**t.
