I've solved the reflexes problem but it takes time and practice....
I've solved the problem of climbing..........
and the webshooter is a bit unreal to be made because if our body cannot produce the spidersilk we've never be able to spin infinite webs (according the movie)(You will need them more than you can imagine)...the webshooter can be used as a stealth tool or as a lethal weapon....depends of the mix you'll use.....

I'm back from Vacation. ScarletSpidey I understand what you're saying but i don't want to be an actual SuperHero I want to make a webshooter and possibly other spider-man tech because I think it's cool, and I would only use it if I needed to.

I literally just saw this thread and started jotting a few things down (I'm a biochem engineering major so this stuff comes naturally to me). I know its quite basic, but this is stuff off the top of my head, no research done. Hope it helps.

Check this out guys. Thebatsam made the movie shooter before it was a thing.

2 cartridges forcing materials into a center chamber where they will be mixed quickly, then ejected. The only problem I have with this design is the biproduct of hexamethylene diamine and sebacoyl chloride is Hydrochloric acid. That's cool if you're fighting the rhino, but If you're using it to hold up collapsing buildings (like me), or building it to save the world, you'll have a few problems.

It said in one of those conceptions that the webbing fluid actually started out as a pellet. If it is a hard plastic that sheers and expands, I still have a difficulty believing it, but it would explain how he actually filled the cartridges.

That pic is a prototype valve. I made it in ten minutes, and all it needs is a tube and a pressure vessel to be used.

It reveals the size of cartridges, the cartridge replacement system, the web fluid, and the properties of the fluid.Okay, I just did a quick bit of math using this clip.

Given peter's height is: 5'10"

(height of the cell and radius) 1.8X= 10'5" 65in
(the tiles from door to wall) 3x units = 17'6" 210 inch
cartridge: 4x2x1/2

The surface area of the cell is about 27851.8 inches squared. This would be assuming the wall of webbing is around one inch thick which could be stretching it a bit (no pun intended) leading to 27851.8 inches cubed

The cartridge has a volume of 4 inches cubed (including the extra plating to hold pressure).

This means that ONE cartridge should hold 27851.8 inches cubed of material inside of it. This must mean that peter must have

1.)compressed a large amount of fluid.
2.) added a strong surfactant.

The fluid expanded by a multiplicative factor of around 7000.

0.o I don't know how he does it. My best guess is that he uses a high expansion foam and compresses the fluid to about a 1/7 (1/10 for good measure) to 1/35 of it's original size, but filling the same space in the cartridge. That should give it a LARGE amount of pressure, and would support the turbine hypothsis assuming that the fluid by itself was way stronger than steel and highly elastic.

This is kind of important. The reason is because there are four properties that make it wonderful. Adhesion, strength, sheer thinning, and expansion. Polyurethane matches three of them. If only we could get all four.

But polyurethane aside, if we used tanks in a backpack, we can reduce the expansion factor.
