So... many... puns.
Anyway, whoever it is, it's probably gonna kick Thor's ass. You don't generally shroud someone in shadow on the cover of a comic only to have them get soundly defeated by a well known character inside. Thor's really not doing too well in this crossover.

Why would she need it? She's already basically God without the Phoenix Force. Would she somehow be more able to completely rewrite reality on a whim with the Phoenix?

Welp, I seriously thought it was going to be Scarlet Witch, but after AvX #6 it's looking like not only is Wanda siding with the Avengers (as, frankly, it should be) but so is Hope. That rules out those two options. The last thing we need is Storm defeating Thor because that is a serious load of bull. That leaves Magik in Demonic Form as the most pliable option, but why would they even bother shadowing the character if it was just Magik? I think we must all be missing something, I have a feeling it's someone we haven't even thought off...

Or none of the above. The silhouette clearly fits Emma Frost in her new Phoenix Five costume, and it was blacked out to avoid the spoiler of her getting a part of the Phoenix Force.
