Ahhh..I don't know. I never, ever saw him as being all that powerful. He has some killer magic-accessories like his staff, (which is kinda like a visualzation of his inner magical-ness I guess), and that damn bag o' never-ending stuff, but take those away and what can he do? Turn into an eagle? Okay. Levitation...check. Ask the nature spirits really, really nicely to do stuff for him? (aka he can't just lay down his pimp hand and MAKE them do stuff for him. You know like.."I COMMAND you...zap the bejesus outta somebody!!" that would be cool and worthy of respect..but he has to play nice to get them to do stuff. Kinda weeny, IMO.)

IF he was still in his buff form, (Talisman I think?), then I would give this one to him, but I think he stepped down or something from that role. So with that in mind, I think DD has a better magic-skill set and a better response from the mystical spirits or whatever..I'm still going with Druid...

(It might be closer then I originally thought, but I still am not getting the 'wow' factor for Shaman...)

Yeah. You completely underestimate the power of those little mystical artifacts he uses. He doesn't keep a Prius in that bag, he keeps all manner of mystical objects. The guy is just short of Doc Strange.

He shouldn't have much of a problem at all with Doctor Druid.....especially when he could take him down with an effin' paper weight.

Lol..I will admit that if it came to a physical confrontation..or some type of struggle with physical-ability behind the magic..I'd certainly give the edge to Shaman.

...now I can't stop thinking of Shaman pulling a car out of his baggie...lol.

I guess my main complaint is if he can't access the bag...what type of magical power level is he then? Meaning when he doesn't have access to..well..anything...can he go mano-on-mano with his own/unassisted magic abilities? Does that make sense? I dunno...for some reason I'll say it again..I never quite got the 'powerful' vibe from the guy. (not saying I don't like the character or anything...) I just remember him always having access to something external to save the day, as opposed to conjuring up something from within himself...

No mage conjures things up from within themselves. Most if not all Spells require asking elder gods and high level spirits to do something. Which he can and has done. The staff is only to help him focus this ability.

He is. He sends "vibrations" out of his gauntlets.

Well Shockers uses vibrations to create shock waves but the vibrations are created electronically and electronics need electricity to work.

Shocker also wears a protective suit that can also generate vibrational force fields to shield him. Those sheilds have protected him from, amonst other things, electricity and massive amouts of weight falling on him in the past. He could defend against Electro's attacks for a while.

Electro is a moron and he can find away to lose to anyone!

Electro would probably win but could lose. I'm giving my vote to Shocker for the complete lack of respect he's getting.

I totally agree with the reasoning of Shocker winning simply because of Electro's tendency to lose via stupidity. I'll go with the raw power in this one though and say, despite the odds and perhaps despite his best intentions, Electro actually WINS!
