Mantis are good for keeping other pesky insects in check like moths, crickets, grasshoppers, & flies, plus, they're very cool looking.

Really? They are so neat in real life! The secretary used to collect any we found around our building, using our pipet tip boxes (where they'd hang on to the holes at the top - so cute!) and transport them to her garden so they could eat pests. They're actually quite slow-moving when they're not grabbing something to eat, so you could get them in the box pretty easily.

I saw one that a dog was attempting to play with. It had its front legs up and wings out, trying to look scary. Poor thing!

I confess I had an epiphany yesterday afternoon. I believe I'll change for the better because of it.

ESPN and MLB have a deal with mantises. Seen three on tv last season. Mantises like baseball. Evil scary things. All black eyed...one flew on LoMo..player for Marlins. He waived at it....flew on him and ge fell over trying to smack it off.

Another time I think in KC..SportsCenter showed a big brown one with black soul less eyes. Evil...it opened it's mouth. Right at the camera. Like it was gonna spit. I have joke of that one. I just tell story and add "My soul just died there" It was...bad. The green ones are the worse. I lose my ****. I remember 9 and a half months. Hugh Grant in bed. Sleeping. Dreaming of mantises eating eachother. He wakes up. Turns over to wife. She human size mantis. Rolls on him. Before that when I was like 7, I saw meet the applegates. Horror/comedy. First sex scene I saw...woman turned into mantis. it was kinda rape scene as well. That **** stays with you...stays...with...you. *drops mic*

Epiphanies are like new year resolutions. People forget about them after a week or so. My friend had an epiphany that he had to quit drinking. Lasted about two weeks.

Real changes aren't ideas that flash in your brain at 2am. They're lifestyle changes that require commitment, hard work and perhaps failing a couple times before you succeed at changing what you want to in your life.

I confess that I find it to be so weird and random that a play I wrote for a playwriting class I took a few semesters ago was performed in a festival at my school last year and I didn't find out about it until today.

You might find about it on youtube
What's the play title? I'd love to know how many enjoyed it

I didn't really know anybody in the theater department at the time, but now that I know a lot of people, I have a couple of friends who were in it and they said it was just a reading of a few plays and scenes and part of mine was in it. They couldn't remember exactly which one was mine since its been a year, but they said they got decent crowds.

I'm thinking of going back to re-work it now and giving it to my friends in the theater club to see if they would be interested in performing it next semester and possibly letting me direct it.

I'm sticking with it for the long haul. I haven't been stressing out at all. It feels good not giving into the anger and lashing out for once.

Listen, brah... all you got to do is, when you're on the toilet, use the wet wipes instead of regular toilet paper. IT CHANGED MY LIFE AND MADE EVERYTHING PERFECT! But this one time, at my friend's house, I had to go to the bathroom and there were no wet wipes available. I felt awful the rest of the day... I felt like total ****.

Wet wipes are the best. I even have individual ones in my desk drawer since my work is the only place outside my home that I would use the bathroom.

This is a 100% true story.

Regardless of how I die, I want somebody to say, "Well, at least he died doing what he loved." Bonus points if I die really tragically or doing something extremely mundane.

We gather here today to mourn WillardNation. He died doing what he loved, falling from an airplane while being mauled by a tiger that had spontaneously caught on fire.

As opposed to bleeding to death after being castrated in a knife fight with your grand mother.
