While April should be good looking, I don't feel she should have a super model look. I hope she isn't a reporter but instead a scientific assistant as more recent incarnations. She could even provide Donny with equipment every now and then. She should have a girl next door look. Anna Kendrick is actually a good fit.

If she weren't already taken I'd suggest Emma Stone but that ship has sailed since she's Gwyen Stacey.

Well I mean Chris Evans has been both Cap and Human Torch. Ryan Reynolds has been plenty of comic characters. Harrison was two iconic characters. If she was up for it, Emma could be April as well.

Might be an odd choice, but Milla Jovovich would be solid in my eyes.

Even though I think she's suggested too much when it comes to roles I think Mary Elizabeth Winstead would be a good choice for April

I'm all for Anna Kendrick. She brings a style of acting to her characters that I see as very April.

I think Anna Kendrick looks too young. She looks like she could still be in high school

I don't think so. She played mid-late twenties (she turns 27 in two months) very well in Up in the Air. I think she's perfectly capable of portraying an intelligent scientist or news reporter.

Im not doubting she's a good actress. I've liked her in a lot of the things I've seen her in, but imo she still looks too young to portray April.

Well...the more I think about it even though it probably won't happen and I don't think she'd be that type of an actress in terms of working for Bay (though maybe - I dunno), Cobie Smulders could pull off the journalist aspect since she has played one on How I Met Your Mother. Plus I think she can pull off the red hair... but now that she's Maria Hill in the Marvel films so far...its unlikely so I guess she's better off just known as Robin Scherbatsky and Maria Hill.

Last post but man!! Minds think alike. And you have taste in really hawt smoking Canadian women.
Now that I think about it, Cobie or Malin Ackerman would be fine but eh, I don't think I can see them working for Bay but in a way, Bay is just...Bay. Not saying he's bad or anything but the stuff he says and degrades others is just plain wrong and stupid and I hate to see that happen to Cobie and Malin cause they are both ...wait for it...awesome! Btw, I still think that Kristen Connelly could work too. No idea who she is and yes I've seen her in Cabin in the woods. Was she the one that survived at the end?

Actually, I lied...what about Alyson Hannigan? She's got the red hair already...uh..she's incredibly funny as hell and she's hawt and...I think she'd be good. Or..she can be a female turtle...haha..and maybe not. You know...she kinda reminds me of a beautiful female turtle...its most definitely the eyes. Yup...her eyes. So that could work...but nah, I think she'd be better off with playing April... who knows really, the woman can do anything.

This is great. It's what April would have looked like in 1985-88. It almost looks like a still from a film or something.
