The Justice League, but Doom turns Cyborg into a bomb and kills one or two of the heroes. These guys have only been around for a short time. Doom's still got his experience.

I don't know, one hand, Brick is a hell of a lot tougher than Kingpin, which is saying something. He's not quite an evil Ben Grim, but he's definitely Super human, and yet, he's gotten his ass kicked by Green Arrow.
I think DD could pull it out.....not easily though.

I'll go with NewDCU... Because previous Barry with how Geoff Johns was writing him would beat Shaw like a red-headed mutant stepchild. And... I'm thinking NewDCU Barry might just be able to get over the top as well. Although it'd be a lot closer.
