Gotta agree. This thing has something about it can't put my finger on it.. Feels special. A close second is tdk trailer one for me followed by batman begins teaser.

Okay thanks, that was my favorite.

It was the first indication that Heath Ledger's Joker was going to be something special.

I love the ominous ending with the Joker laugh.

I vote for the first Dark Knight trailer, but I gotta tell ya, I was this close from voting for The Dark Knight teaser. When I first saw it in the theaters it was completely unexpected (I mean, I was watching The Simpsons movie for crying out loud), and hearing Joker's voice for the 1st time...shivers of excitement! It didn't even matter that there was no footage from the actual film; the bat sign dissipating, those great lines from Alfred and that final shot of The Joker card was enough!

Mine is TDK teaser. When I went to see The Simpsons Movie I knew it was coming but I had no idea how it would be like. When it was just the symbol with dialogue, really surprised me. Like a lot of teasers I was expecting at least some footage but I was so impressed with the way it was done. That's as much of teaser as you can get, without having just audio.

I couldn't possibly dream to even rank these amazing trailers/teasers. I just can't. They were all fantastic in their own way. So, I'll just list the teasers and trailers that left the most impact on me forever (in no particular order):

TDK Trailer #1 gets my vote. Although TDK and BB teasers are a very close second. Didn't like any of TDKR trailers.

My favourite is definitely the new TDKR trailer. I can easily understand why so many people love TDK's second trailer with The Joker. Heck, I did too. To death. However, for me, it was always Bruce Wayne/Batman over the villains, even scene-sharks like The Joker. You might say that BB's trailer also focused on Bruce Wayne/Batman, but TDKR's does so on a whole new level. Bruce is in life-threatening peril, Alfred is talking about not wanting to bury another member of the Wayne family, embattled citizens of Gotham desperately yearning for the dark knight as their last beacon of hope amidst under siege from a bold, terrifying and unstoppable foe, Catwoman protesting that Batman doesn't owe the people of Gotham anything yet he says he's not still given them everything...TDKR is going to show that side-show freaks may come and go but Batman is Gotham's soul, that the very essence of the dark knight is that he is unconditionally committed to sacrifice anything and everything he has to uphold his vow as the savior of the city. This is the stuff heroes are made of. This is the stuff legends are made of. The villains had their time in the spotlight. TDKR is going to shine the light on its title character like never before and show the world why Bruce Wayne/Batman is the best character in his universe.

Wow seems like a lot of people don't care much for the second full trailer for TDK. That was my favorite up until yesterday. My ranking

All the others are nothing special IMO so I wont bother, I don't hate any of them they just didn't make an impact on me.

The visuals actually suck IMO, but Bale just kills it with that monologue.

I love the music and atmosphere it creates- I could just watch on that alone over and over again. Catwoman owns here.

Really set up the three freak forces that would be displayed in Gotham.

#4 TDK Domino Trailer
Such great delivery from all, great build up over all, and the end is so powerful.

#5 TDK 2
The Joker's sinister vibe overshadows everything else and that feeling is brilliant.

#6 BB 2
It was a nice expansion of plot points from the teaser and Bale's delivery with that comment on Batman was gold.

#7 TDKR 1
Hearing Anne's take on Catwoman was cool and knowing more about the movie's theme was nice.

#8 TDK 1
It was like a little dose of chaos was injected into our lives.

#9 TDKR teaser
The feeling of going for epic was there and they partially made it because it was the first legit sign of the movie for me, but repeated viewings has it lose it's novelty. Seeing Bruce Wayne talk to a beat up Gordon was amazing though!

#10 BB 1
There was some bold music and interesting scenes, but messy timing of the clips to match.
