Tough loss for the Rangers, they were playing really well...But they made some dumb gaffes

since the poll appears to be closed, I'm gonna say Rangers win the cup. Philly and rangers play for the eastern conf final, and Lundqvist cancels out Bryzgalov any day. My western conf winners would be LA. LA vs Rangers.

It at least should of been a 4 minute penalty, he was bleeding; but the refs never checked.

Its showing how bad their power play is w/o Pietro for sure. Guys like Jackman, Arnott, and the other vets need to pick up their play. Ya, LA is on them, but it just seems like the Blues were satisfied with just passing the 1st round and ready to call it a day.
The only hightlights from last game was the Oshie hit, and Blues started to get physical, but again 2 periods 2 late. Quick is good, but hes human, Blues need to drive the net, get in his face, and elevate those shots. Elliot is doing fine, seems to be bending to playoff pressure, but no D to help him out.

I wonder if Nashville suspending Radulov and AK for partying the night before a game will actually help them. It might bolster the other guys, and then light a fire under the suspended two for when they get back. Could be a very unusual turning point! I guess we'll see tonight; if they lose, they aren't coming back from 3-0.

STL let in 8 goals in 5 games against SJ.
STL has let in 8 goals in 2 games against LA.

With Halak out, it doesn't look good for STL.

Same with PHX and NSH. PHX has scored the same amount of goals (9) in two games that Detroit did in five games.

Are you going to the Islanders exhibition game in Barclays this fall? (if there is no lockout)

Most likely not. I'm a good 2 - 2 1/2 hour drive from Brooklyn. A lot of driving for a pre-season game which I'm sure will be WAY over-priced.

Still don't believe they'll wind up there. Perhaps on a temporary basis while they build a new Coliseum, but I can't see them longterm in an arena that seats only 14,500 unobstructed for hockey.

Well it was a good season for my team, one that wasn't gonna make the playoffs in the beginng of the year mind you, so I'm happy/dissapointed. Hope we get an LA/NY Cup, it would be good for the League.
