That's one of the biggest surprises for me. I seriously thought it was just a blur effect they were using for the teaser trailer. Really changes my perspective on the teaser.

On that topic, whats the lowest post count to get an avatar? I tried searching the FAQ section but the closest I could find for an answer was some document that told me I had to be level 3 or something. Any help would be appreciated!

i'm not a big fan of Nolans blue tone color palet he used since TDK and now again with TDKR,so i really like this.

No, I didn't use a tutorial. I just looked at a few examples and tried to figure it out for myself. The real key to be able to not only produce a stationary background, but a complete stationary background, wherein any gaps that will be made by your moving object are appropriately filled in. I'm sure there are other ways to do it, but this was the most logical method I could come up with...

...and I'm kind of hooked on making them now.

Unfortunately, some cropping was necessary in order to meet your requested dimensions, as the original aspect ratio did not allow for uniform shrinking. It's just a bit off the top and bottom really. Anyhow, enjoy:
