It's no rush, I'm guessing he's been cast for one season of Dexter and since Victarion doesn't appear until AFFC, Game of Thrones will be in its fifth season at that point, so hopefully there should be a chance that he's clear to take on the role, I wouldn't mind him as Victarion at all, Titus f-ing Pullo.

I'm calling it now that they move the Vication/Asha/Kingsmoot stuff from the Iron Islands to Season 4 to keep the Iron Islands important for that year, to beef up major events for Season 4 that don't take place at the Wall/KL and also to make condensing AFFC/ADWD for Season 5 much easier.

Since it doesn't appear that they're filming Seasons 3&4 back to back I imagine that there'd be enough time to get Stevenson aboard.

Also they'd have to be careful with how they end season 3, if they do what we're all thinking then they'd need to add something else to stop it from being such a downer.

For season 3 (MAJOR SPOILERS) episode 9 should be the Red Wedding, episode 10 Joffrey's wedding. Episode 9 will be a major downer but episode 10 will at least make up for it.

I didn't think about that but it could work, they could squeeze it to right after Balon's death, which perhaps we'll see the fallout of that event like Euron Greyjoy arriving to the Iron Islands and so forth rather than just being hearing it from another person in Catelyn's POV like the book.

It's funny with Theon. Early on, I felt more sorry for him than in the book. But now, I hate him more than I did at this point in the book.

Tyrion punching that sniveling creep Joffrey was great. I really hate Meryn Trant. I'm guessing/hoping he's the Kingsguard who Cersei has try to kill Tyrion during Blackwater

I'm really loving the scenes with Arya and Tywin, so suspenseful.

Great episode. Really it was wall-to-wall action.

First we see Theon really become an awful little bastard. That whole sequence (other than the skip-the-action opening) was so well done. I didn't even mind that they changed the "Iron Price" from drowning to beheading because it was so fitting that it took Theon 4 swings AND a kick to behead for Ser Rodrick.

The stuff with Arya and Tywin is great. We get to know Tywin so much more and see them building a rapport. That and Ser Amory Lorch finding Arya's letter both do a good job of explaining why she uses her second kill on someone OTHER than Tywin Lannister (a problem I always with the second book). I will miss the bear pit though. Her routine with Jacquin was hilarious too. Also, I'm calling it now that Littlefinger recognized Arya Stark, but will let it slide because of his love for Catelyn Stark.

Dragons were stolen. Cool added suspense, I guess.

We got to meet Ygritte.

And we finally got to see Tyrion give Joffrey another ***** slap. That whole sequence was great (I didn't even mind they weren't on horses). From Myrcella crying, Tyrion taking charge to Sansa, "the little bird," being saved by the Hound.

Best episode yet this season.

Hahaha Bout time Joffrey got ***** slapped. That episode was awesome. Had no idea Theon would turn out to be such a ****ed up character. It doesnt ever end for the Starks does it.
