The tracking shot is probably the greatest thing... ever. Other than that Cap barking orders and telling Hulk to smash.

When Tony's on the ground and Thor rips off his face-plate with ease. Reminded me of what he did when he got his revenge on Tony in the comics.

Let's see if I can give some love to moments I haven't seen mentioned here.

Stark planting that bug on the Hellicarrier's computers so Jarvis could download infomation on what Fury and SHIELD are really planning on doing with the engery from the Cosmic Cube.

Black Widow doing a triangle choke like hold on that one Chitari footsolder before she took it out.

Silvestri's score going so well with the movie. Listening to it seperately doesn't do it justice.

That underrated Cap vs. Loki fight ending with Iron Man entering the fray with Shoot to Thrill playing in the back ground.

The Widow vs. Hawkeye hand to hand battle after Widow got chased by Hulk. Hell, the whole chaos that errupted on the Hellicarrier was so well built up to in the second act, and would've been the highlight of the movie if it wasn't for that awesome third act battle.

Thor and Loki's talk on the mountain top before Iron Man came in and fought Thor. I liked the whole atmosphere of that scene.

The comic book like framing, with scenes like Hulk punching out Thor after they took down that giant snake, the whole group staring down Loki after he was beaten, and so on and so on... it was like a live action comic book at times.

Best shot of the movie
I was in awe and overwhelmed during my first viewing and didn't notice anything technical about the way the action was shot (which is a good thing) but I caught the tracking shot during my 2nd viewing and went crazy over it.

I think Namor did the same thing in an underwater fight once.

Obviously Iron Man didn't win that fight. Someone had to fish him out because Namor was going to leave him for dead.

What?? Oh wow, that is seriously badass. Gives me even more of a reason to love Namor.

The scene where Cap asks Loki if he's afraid of thunder.

and then Loki just solemnly answers, "I just hate what comes next"

Then Thor easily breaches the plane, snatches Loki and jumps out the plane like a boss while everyone watches stunned.

After Iron Man chases after them the pilot (Maria Hill?) warns Captain America he might want to "sit this one out". lmao.

Actually Cap says, 'Scared of a little lightning?' and Loki goes 'I'm not entirely fond of what follows'
The shot of the fork of lightning gave me geek chills.

for some reason I felt that Thor swinging his hammer was so cool, I don't think we got enough of that in his solo movie.

It's when a camera moves from one end from another without a obvious cut being placed within it.

Noticed on how the camera constantly moved and followed the Avengers in that one epic shot and how not cuts/inserts were added within that moment? It went from one avenger to the next. That's a tracking shot.

The single shot where the camera starts with Widow stabbing the guy on the chariot, zooms with Iron Man down to Cap, then up to Hawkeye, then follows an arrow to the leviathan Hulk is riding and Thor lands on

That scene made a lot of people in my audience yell "Here comes Thor." Once Thor appeared on top of the Quinjet, a good portion cheered.

That tracking shot was a absolutely beautiful.

Let's see, thors first appearance, and Loki vs Thor on the mountain top, just loved that and then when iron man takes out Thor after him going "now listen closely brother" *gets knocked out of shot* "I'm listening".

Iron man v Thor v cap. Love the action in the scene, even more so the colours.

Loki talking to Black Widow, such a well crafted scene especially when widow susses him out "the hulk, that's ur Plan" "what?"

Hulk vs Thor in the helicarrier, especially when hulk punches Thor and he grins, Thor when he grabs hulks arm, hulk trying to lift mijnor and thor smacks him in the face with the hammer and he goes stumbling back.

The scene when they,re all arguing due to Loki staff and banner grabs it at the end and everyone looks at him stunned.

Oh and the arrival of Loki and Fury's and hawkeye's reaction. Also the scene when Loki is watching through that window and flashes back to the deal he made.

Lol yeah the whole movie is awesome l, these stood fOr me though.

That let me know he could've easily ended their fight if he had deadly intentions.

Same here and I was actually hoping for and expecting something like it before seeing the movie. But I was caught up in all of the awesomeness and didnt piece together it was one continuous shot.

Hulk punching Thor: No one expected it, and it got HUGE laughs. It was a very sudden, almost cartoony moment that was really perfect in terms of Hulk's characterization.
