I wouldn't complain if he were Lex, but Benedict Cumberbatch has been my choice for Brainiac for ages. He was made for that role, imo.

How about Michael C. Hall as Lex Luthor?

Are we back to the "people are bald so they should be Lex" choices?

I hope WB posts up a press release that doesn't list an actor, but simply says Lex will have hair and they're taking fan suggestions for who to cast. The internet will explode.

I just saw a great movie called "In the Company of Men".
The way Aaron Eckhart's character is is how I like to see Lex. Immoral, manipulative, and sick

That's a great movie and yeah, I totally agree. Eckhart is one ruthless SOB in that movie and his character is an ideal Lex type.

They should Michael Clarke Duncan Lex in this one. That way Kurosawa's Kingpin nightmare would be complete.

how does someone spell Brainiac wrong when the correct spelling is in the quote of the post they spelled it wrong in?
Anyway yea the guy who plays a Young Sherlock Holmes would be good for either Brainiac or Luthor, has that creep factor

![]() Luthor doesn't HAVE to be bald: ![]() Although when I think of Luthor, I think of this: ![]() Rosenbaum was really the ultimate Luthor. They need someone like him, and they need to give Lex that kind of depth. |

I thought of Guy Pearce for the role about a week before he was cast as the villain in Iron Man 3. Yes i know he can still do both, but it seems unlikely now that he'll want to.
Michael C. Hall is an inspired choice, his run on Dexter ends by the very end of 2013. So it could be great timing. And you know he'll want to transition right into film. I can't see him doing more tv series'. Any suggestion for Andre Agassi is goddamn hilarious btw! |

Can McConaughey drop the accent? If so, I'd be down for it.
