Yep this is a guy who's survived nuclear bombs, now that's what I call a "plot device".

No one stays dead in the MU
![]() ....apart from Wasp strangely ![]() I'm two years behind in the UK, hence why I didn't know if Thor was back. He isn't even "dead" yet where I am.

Yeah he "died" in Fear Itself, was replaced by Tanarus (who was really Ulik the troll in disguise), and fought his way out of limbo.

...I'm getty sick and tired of Marvel killing them off too. Get a bit more original like LOKI in Journey into Mystery. We get it already, Thor and the Asgardians can die and come back to life more easily than most.

both came out complete Thor fans, to the point they've organised a 'comic book movie night' this sat to watch his movie =) shouldn't be suprised really, it's impossible not to love him

Note that Hulk, when he leaped down from similar height, was knocked unconscious for a fairly extended period of time. My guess is, if Thor didn't escape from the cage, he'd have at least been badly injured ( he has similar durability, but lesser/no regeneration, and falling in the cage would have been more injurious than a controlled leap downward ). Loki would have taken it worse, and if he weren't killed would have been at least put into a body cast for months.

On a side note, I remembered while watching TA in theaters on how I heard a lot of: "Gasps" or "Holy #@%" when people saw Thor headbutt Iron Man several feet away from it.

Yeah, that moment always gets a reaction. It's a really inspired piece of fight choreography. The reason being, I think, that the fight has been a bit back and forth, and Thor has the upper hand just prior to that, with the armor crushing and all. So, you are really expecting Iron Man to get the upper hand again, it appears that he does, and then Thor just bonks him right back with his head! LoL!

Cause to me, Invincible means you can't even be hurt, yet alone killed. Though they are Immortal, I don't think "invincible" is the proper word as some people are saying so, cause to me, invincible is not just not being able to die, but its also not being able to be hurt. |

Yeah, he definitely sounds like the new 'it' guy in Hollywood. Good for him, I say.
