Anyone else get in on the beta? I got a code from raptr and played two matches. It felt good to hop back into Ghost Recon but it's a beta so it feels wonky. It's a lot faster than the previous games and the iron sights are atrocious but it could be a lot of fun.
 I poked around the customization a little bit, from what I saw it seems gimmicky. Really, customizing triggers means you change the rifle's ROF? lol, well I guess it's better than the changes being simply cosmetic.

I know about proper weapon handling but I admit that I don't know f**k alls about gun parts. It seems weird to me that a trigger will have a gun fire exclusively in 1 of 3 fire functions. I only spent 30 seconds or so checking out the weapon customization in between matches so I'm wondering what other shenanigans the custom stuff has in store hahah.
Anyhoo I'm not trying to recruit for raptr lol I signed up a couple days ago (coz I wanted to keep track of hours played) and just got a code today. The requirements for the code, "Requirement: Newbie or above in the top 10 Xbox 360 games or a previous Ghost Recon (360) or Assassin's Creed (360) game." I had no interest in getting in on the beta but I got a code so I figured why not hahah.

Yea i forgot that there was beta access with Splinter Cell: Conviction. Im downloading it now. Altho i really dont see them changing much by the time this releases. Wish they'd stop using the term beta and just call this what it is, which is a demo.

The beta has been pretty fun so far. I'm still not sure if I'll be getting this anytime soon though. There's more important games on my list AND the new Rainbow Six Vegas comes out soon, which is a similar game.

Iv really enjoyed the beta. I only had to play it once to determine that I feel it's pretty fun. I only play Gears and BF3 online so it'll be cool to add another competitive shooter to my collection.

Some people are up in arms over the whole Coco ad campaign. This website even goes as far to say that it's the worst thing ever.
