Same here. From what I remember he was kind of like a Nazi Kang The Conquerer... only nowhere near as interesting as that sounds.

Man, when Ultra-Humanite is used well, it rules. Best example is the X-Mas episode of Justice League where he reprograms Wally's rapping duck to read Dickens. Then he was fantastic in The Golden Age. Big shocker when he was revealed.

Fun Fact: He was the first ever super villain.
