I guess she misses the heart though considering that Batman is still alive and kicking after that. If she ends up developing feelings for her, maybe she'll intentionally miss the heart? Then again, Bats seems to have no problems firing missiles at her so maybe not.

No. Just no. I never liked the idea of her playing Catwoman. And especially with the style of costume/mask that Nolan obviously wanted to go for with Cats, Marion just wouldn't have looked that good in it, imo.

I'm very glad that she's playing Talia and not Catwoman. They got the perfect actresses for the perfect roles if you ask me. Anne is going to rock it as Catwoman, and if Tate really does end up being Talia (which I fully believe she will) then I have no doubt that Talia will be portrayed perfectly as well.

she's indeed Thalia, and if she does stab Bats as was rumored, do you think she could refference that very cool Ra's line of "If someone stands in the way of true justice, you simply walk up behind them and stab them in the heart ", right before she stabs him? Something along the lines of "like my father always told me..." BAM! imagine the shocked look on Batman's face lol

I've always loved that scene in BB (Liam just rocks it) and i would personally love to see it referenced somehow if the rumors are true

I'm watching BB right now and was actually just wondering that if Talia really is in TDKR, I wonder how many traits she'll have in common with Ra's. That would be a really perfect way to handle that scene, I agree. But I really wish that I didn't know about that scene beforehand. There's a lot of stuff that I wish I didn't know.

Part of me has thought about staying off of these forums until I see the movie in theaters. But idk if I can make it that long, especially when the marketing and stuff kicks into high gear like it will here soon.

Yeah, she could be conflicted about it. I'd expect her to be conflicted if she does develop feelings for Bruce for real. Bruce cant have a simple love life

Yeah, the spoilers concern me. I think i'll be staying away from here when the movie is closer to getting released, especially if WB screws me up again like with TDK and i end up having to wait over a month to see TDKR (which i promise i wont do lol).

Dude, that would be awesome! BB is still one of my favorite movies; I go back and forth between BB and TDK because I honestly can't decide which one is better. It annoys me that so many people these days act like BB never happened. I like the fact that TDKR appears to reference BB a good bit.

The Weinsteins are eyeing Marion's "Low Life" for acquisition. With "Low Life" and "Rust and Bone", it looks like Ms. Cotillard has a really good shot of adding another Oscar nod/win to her previous Oscar win.

The chances of both Christian Bale and Marion Cotillard appearing at my doorstep right this moment with pizza and beer are higher than this happening but it would be pretty awesome and surprising if it turns out that Bruce has already figured out that Tate is Talia by the time she reveals herself.

She "surprises" and stabs him while revealing herself as Talia but then he calmly pulls the knife/sword out and icily replies "I know" (or a wittier comment that I'm sure Nolan can come out with ). It would reinforce Batman being a great detective and show that he's in control this time around and he won't be fooled again by an Al Ghul. I don't know. I just think that will be a good surprise from Nolan's part on a twist that we supposedly already know how it'll turn out to be.

Never thought this could be a possibility, but that actually sounds like a great turn of events. Indeed, we only saw some of Batman's detective skills in TDK, but figuring out certain people's motives and true identities, especially in this instance, would only be icing on the cake. And yes, it be a great twist for those of us who think we know.

And Batman seems to be doing just fine for someone that was stabbed. He also seems to have shaken his feelings off her and has moved on to the Cat. It's a longshot but hey maybe it can happen.

Anyway, I think I liked your idea more about Miranda appearing to him while prisoner--in a vision giving him encouragement, it would be a good nod to No Man's Land.

I wonder if Gordon knows Bruce is dating Miranda...because Gordon likely sees her in the bomb truck when it crashes and he was on the truck jamming the signal to the device at one point. Why is Bruce Wayne's gal a terrorist with a bomb? Why is a Wayne Enterprises board member crazy? he would think. Considering he was with her when they got captured in the street and for quite a few other scenes before as well.

I'm thinking that the fight with Bane is still ongoing when Tatelia headed out? Maybe that's why Catwoman stormed out too so she can catch Tatelia while Bats is taking care of Bane

I really hope this happens specially if she does end up developing feelings for him. She wants him away but not dead. I think there's a good chance of this happening with the "Rasta" mention at the casting sheets.

I want her to tease him about it. Maybe say something about his "crazy girlfriend" or what could he possibly have done to his girl for her to stab him.

I wonder if Tatelia and Selina will have any interaction at the masked ball? I can't tell which scene happened first - Bruce and Tatelia flirting or the Bruce/Selina dance? Do they know each other since they're both allied with Bane? Would they know each other's identities?
