It's only natural though. As natural as it was for WB to get Nolan involved in Superman due to TDK. Money talks. I'm willing to bet there has been alot of studio talk involving him in other Marvel films, whether they make that info public or not.

lol any excuse
Yep, like I said you have to look close, its extremely subtle! Not snarling or baring teeth or anything, literally just a reflection of his other side. Very sneakly lol cos the convo at that point is talking about just that - the other guy - and your eye is guided to RDJ and his lovely little speech..but when the screen is almost blank you see it! Sneakiest easter egg ever?

It might have been funny if he said "Hulk strongest one there is!" during the bit where he punches Thor.

When watching Avengers, I thought Banner's last change would have been a perfect time for the Professor to come out had there even been prior mentions of the different personas on screen. The Prof, after all, is the most noble of the incarnations. But it seems like all we ever get on the silver screen in the Savage version.

I didn't go in wanting to see it, I noticed it..and like I said before its SO subtle. The faces are similar but Hulks is far more prehistoric looking, and green, so its true.

Also, nobility is a trait of every Hulk. They will do the right thing 95% of the time despite the circumstance. As I mentioned above, even the meanest spirited Hulk, Gray Hulk; could not tolerate bullying.

Do we even need Betty back? She's seems so tied to Ross, and lot of people don't want Ross and the military chasing Banner in the next flick. I wouldn't mind if he side-kicked with his cousin Jennifer Walters - although i don't think i'm ready for She-Hulk yet.

I think the love interest thing works to keep most of the women interested as well as grounding the character in something we all can understand.
Ross should always be a part of Hulk lore...even when he's not chasing him. Hulk and Ross have teamed before to stop a common foe; only later to have Ross get back to business.

As long as we don't have Ross as Red Hulk, I'm all for him staying in the MCU films.

Ross should just be there like J Jonah Jameson. He doesn't have to be the main part of the story at all, but just there as an additional antagonist in the background.

no its slightly deeper and more gravely than the "puny god" line. I saw in IMAX the first and third time so the sound quality was on point.
-look for the "stop" when the jet begins to fire at him -look for the "smash" when he jumps into action on the side of the building, he says it right as he jumps across to the next building over.

I'll be seeing it for the third time this weekend and I'll be paying attention to those lines. I've had a stressful week that will end on friday and I plan to relax, watch Avengers in a not so full cinema and have a few beers afterwards.

I still think he was too monkeyish after he caught Stark though. Excellent performance from Ruffalo and the animators of Hulk.
