It will be a fantastic movie (The Dark Knight Rises), because in addition to telling a story about Batman, there is a parallel story about corporations, something like Too Big To Fail (2011), which shows the global financial crisis and how corporations would take over everything, which helps a lot to build the main argument, of course that focuses on Batman and the villain trying to kill him, but is well below the parable of the world in which we live.

The scene is 18 scene before Wayne makes it out of the cave prison, and has another scene number attached to it (271) which corresponds to Talias reveal at Gotham City Hall, so I'm thinking she says 'I was that little girl' or words to that effect.

Yes, I believe that teaser came out just after the Cardington shoot (Bane's lair). Cardington is described as a 'wet set', that picture must be minutes before the scene description ' Bane beats the crap out of Batman'.

After this scene BW goes to cave prison, I guess Bane goes on to wreck Gotham.

Bane's lair...since after being beaten and escaping prison Batman gives the Batpod to SK and asks for her help in stopping Bane and his nuclear bombs.

I don't think you will see the cave prison until Batman gets beaten in scene 130. SK (who watches the Bane/Batman fight is prevented from leaving Gotham Airport in scene 133 by JB. BW escapes prison in scene 217. I do not know what goes on in between but I would speculate that it is the recovery from the back break, training by this Rasta character and Gotham Stadium scenes.

From the scene description there is something called a 'leap point'. I would guess that this is a point where they can make an escape via the ropes. If they miss the rope they plummet further into the cave.

Few things to set this up. Scarecrow is back in this film (as most of you know) and is sort of a judge figure in a corrupt court system run by criminals. They are basically sending other criminals and officials and who they see as 'corrupt' into that pit, which is essentially their prison. One of the people they cast down includes Bruce Wayne. The shots you see in the trailer where a bunch of thugs are trashing a mansion is them taking Bruce hostage essentially for his 'trial', before they send him to the pit. Note, they are going after 'Bruce', not batman. This all probably takes place early on in the film.

Later, Bane comes to town and wants to break these guys out with less interest in why they were 'convicted.' Some of the shots you see in the trailer of all people being tossed in, but the guys repelling down are Bane's guys. I am told you can actually see Bane dropping down in one of the shots if you look close, I cant see it, someone take a look. So, Bane's guys are coming to break out and 'recruit' some of these guys in the pit in the same way he broke out the orange prisoners in the trailer. Basically, building his army, if they want out, they are with him. One of the people in the prison Bane actually 'rescues' is Bruce.

Despite the many rumors, Marion Cotillard tells The Hollywood Reporter that she does not play Talia al Ghul in Christopher Nolan's The Dark Knight Rises. The interview with the actress reads as follows:

The actress started filming Knight in June 2011, working on and off until the fall in locations including Los Angeles, New York and Pittsburgh. She says there were long gaps when she wasn't needed: "It was a very, very small role."
Otherwise, Cotillard is coy about the picture, whose storyline has fueled pages of Internet speculation. All she'll confirm is that, contrary to some fans' belief, she does not play Talia, the vengeful daughter of Liam Neeson's character, Ra's Al Ghul (who also appeared in Batman Begins), and that she takes the role of Miranda Tate, an ecologically minded businesswoman who "is fascinated by Wayne Enterprises. They go through difficulties, and she wants to help provide the world clean energies. She's a good guy." But does she stay that way? "Yes," she insists.

- The Mayor is the first to be killed by Bane. Bane very blatantly enters Gotham openly, and warns the Mayor of a bomb threat. Gotham Justice tells the Mayor that he's a loon. -The Bat-Wing is shot down by Bane in a tank. Batman kills Bane with mass wreckage in the backdrop. With no mask, Batman kills Bane by screwing up Bane's mask and beating him into the ground. Bane dies, struggling to reiterate to Wayne how he looks at their duality, a "tragic brotherhood".
- Blake is killed by Bane, after Blake purposely fails to rig a series of bombs to Bane's liking. However, Bane was testing Blake, and despite Blake's betrayal, the Bridge's of Gotham are blown to pieces. Bane is now in full control.

Talia reveals herself after Batman's back is broken. Bane tells Wayne that "Miranda...isn't alive. She is dead, as is Bruce Wayne." He means that Miranda was betraying him. She is "killed" by Catwoman.
Batman doesn't die.
Gordon is killed by Bane.
Blake is killed by Bane after betraying him.
Alfred is killed after Bane blows up the Bat Cave.
There are three fights between Bane. One fight between Bruce and Bane.
Scarecrow is released with the prisoners at Arkham.
- There are rumors of Wayne being Batman, but they are quickly distilled discounted by Wayne himself, who grows into a more open celebrity at the cost of his personal relationships.
- Blake is a young radical, like Selina Kyle, who wants the wealthy of Gotham to pay for their crimes of income inequality, and blindly joins Bane to "bring justice to those who can buy their way out".
- Wayne talks to Alfred about how he was "pushed too far". Alfred agrees, "Not even Arkham could handle a man like that."

1) Wayne visits Gordon before he comes back as Batman. Bane is hiding out on the outskirts of Gotham as Gordon parishes in the hospital after Bane and his henchmen destroy Gordon's men.

2) No. Selina only goes to Wayne's house to save Alfred, but Alfred is killed in the Bat Cave.

3) This is Bane's third and most elaborate attack on Gotham, but not the final one. He reveals the true nature of Dent, after mocking his "martyrdom".

- I don't know who Juno Temple plays. There is a young escort Holly who sneaks Selina into a gala to meet Wayne.
- Bane kidnaps Pavel (you can thank him for Bane's current condition) a former LOS scientist who came up with Ra's original toxin. Except Bane wants to finish what Ra's couldn't do.

Bane gets distracted and Gordon escapes (barely) he's found by the police. they take him to hospital. In his hospital room Batman sneaks in, through the window, Gordon tells him he has to come back, gotham needs him. Batman forms a plan (in the batcave) to take down Bane. Batman searches the sewers, Finally finding bane discussing his plans with his men. Finally banes men leave, Batman attacks, banes too strong though overpowers him, Bane beats batman and leaves him.

This allowed me the autonomy to dedicate resources to the Wayne Foundation philanthropic programs as well as R+D endeavors. But over the past five quarters our earnings have been on a downtrend. Meanwhile, our R+D spending has been on an astronomical uptrend. And the black grows fainter around the entire company, I am being put into a position where I have to answer some questions, particularly about your energy project.

No one is going to dispute the fact that innovation is key to our growth and success it's a mainstay of our business, which is the main reason why the board have begun to scrutinize our R+D budget, and set their sights on you machine. Since they don’t know exactly what you are up to, all they understand is a vast amount of capital.

The last time we spoke, you expressed your reluctance to move the project forward and initiate the next phase of trials. I understood your argument as to why. But if you want the company to continue to fund your efforts, I think it is time we give the board more than just the overview you have, enlightening them on what their project will mean to Gotham if you are successful. On a personal note, I would also like to let them know that with age, Bruce Wayne has decided to fill his father’s shoes, using Wayne Enterprises and all its resources to readily and reliably support our city.

Nothing bad can come from this, Bruce. But if you decide not to address this issue at hand, I am not sure how long I can hold the board at bay. Making matters more difficult in your absence, I am assuming you have your reasons for it and not my job to question those, but I fear that if you are going to drop off the radar for an extended period of time, we may risk another Bill Earle situation. I can see a couple board members already maneuvering to build influence around the table, most notably John Daggett, who I feel is the last person we want to engage in a power struggle.

When I argued the table on their role I know full well what the job and our arrangement entailed. I am also well aware of your preferred way of handling all matters relating to Wayne Enterprises, however I must tell you we are quickly approaching a set of circumstances that will unfortunately call for a change if we do not address the board. Change in most instances is not a bad thing, but in this regard I am worried.

[Bruce Wayne is] frozen in time, really.

He’s given up being Batman because he’s not needed at this point. It was very important to us for the ending of the last film to have an effect on Gotham, and it has. Superficially, Gotham is in a much better place.

The jumping off point of the film is about the consequences of actions.

A lot of very important things happened in The Dark Knight that formed a satisfying conclusion, and we’re trying to advance the effects of those events with reality and gravity. So, it’s about consequences. It’s about redemption. It’s about a lot of different things.
