Dracula goes Twilight
Crystal Sky will also start filming Dracula: The 4 Horsemen of the Apocalypse this summer in Romania under the direction of Pearry Reginald Teo (Necromentia).
�It's the first installment in a franchise about a young, romantic Prince of Darkness, his Army of the Undead and a series of events that shake Transylvania to its core, said Paul. He added that the intent is to create a franchise like "Twilight" with more movies in the future. |

They SAY like Twilight... But it doesn't sound particularly like Twilight to me.
As long as Dracula doesn't sparkle in the sunshine and get in a love triangle with a wolfboy who likes to be shirtless a lot, it has the potential to be okay. |

Twilight has only ruined vampire cinema, but that's okay... I'll always have Count Orlok, the sexy vampy that started it all.

OK I was ready to let out a big sigh after reading "Twilight" but it doesn't sound like its going to be like it in terms of story. I just think they mean as in a Vampire franchise. Could be interesting

There's a lot of conflict there. Vampires need to feed on people and the horsemen would wipe everyone out. How can they co-exist I wonder.

The characterization sounds more in place of a Ann Rice type thing with the vampries being all romantic but still with and edge.
