I have. One of my best friends is from St Louis and I've visited his family there a few times.

Probably the last clapperboard. Also it's worth noting that "Skyfall" is the longest shoot for a 007 adventure since "On Her Majesty's Secret Service".

This must mean they're filming the stunt originally planned for "Goldeneye"

Oh come on folks have to stop with nolan comparions with bond. Bond was doing shots like this long before nolan. And a lot of things are norm in film making techniques and usages.

Wonder when we'll find out who's doing the theme song. How long before release did they announce the last two?

Hopefully it's Muse. Doubt it but if it was, then damn.

Adele would be great too.

I hoping either one of those two gets it. Muse should have gotten it for Quantum of Solace, and I love Adele.

End of July. July 26th, 2006 they announced Chris Cornell, and July 30th 2008 they announced Jack White and Alicia Keys.

I still can't get the trailer out of my head. It just has such a unique style to it that makes it great to see.

I really hope Adele doesn't do it.

It such a safe choice.

Well given the awfulness of AWTD, I'd rather a "safe" choice in Adele. This is an important movie and year aamof for Bond. Nothing less than the best is to be expected.

Another Way To Die wasn't even that bad?

Despite Adele being "safe" she fits a Bond title sequence. That's all I care about.

I thought the QoS theme was better than the CR theme. The piano and the main melody is just brilliantly Bond.

As long as its not anyone like Flo Rider or Pitball I'll be happy.

Daniel Craig has wanted Kings Of Leon to do a Bond theme but they aren't intrested.

Muse would be cool.

If they wanted something a little retro Bond sounding I could see them going for someone like Miles Kane. Everyone says his music sounds like old Bond stuff.

I much prefer "You Know My Name." The title sequence and the song go so well together. Just captures the brutality and badassery of Craig's beginning Bond.

And "Undisclosed Desires" by Muse fit Bond perfectly for QOS.

Ditto. The CR theme and intro titles were great.

But my favorite will always be the immortal Goldfinger with Shirley Bassey belting out the song.

You Know My Name is great, one of my favorite Bond-songs! Especially in context and the way it's woven into the main score.

Another Way to Die was such a major disappointment.

Oh dudes, I just had the insane Bond moment and I had to post it. So I'm reading "Nobody Lives Forever" by John Gardner right. The basic setup is Bond is on vacation driving the Bentley around France for the weekend before heading to Germany to pick up May his housekeeper from a clinic (she had lung surgery) before heading home.

Turns into a chase novel with May and the visiting Moneypenny kidnapped from the clinic and all of Europe's criminal underground going ape-bleep for Bond's head. Seems Specter put a huge bounty on his life if he is delivered to Tamil Rahni (the current but dying since his last encounter with Bond head of Specter). Everyone is after him, people sell him out, there are crosses and double crosses.

Anyways. The Specter base is on an island off Key West protected by sand bars so you can't sail up to it. Then there's a fence that protects the shore from sharks, but no, this fence in the sea actually keeps the sharks in! The whole island ringed by a fence filled with friggin sharks! The the Specter base is a damn pyramid set on stilts so it sits high above the island with a commanding view.

ok, that was it. I just had a Gardner/Bond geek moment. Makes me miss those crazy villain bases.
