Heavy Metal (1981)

Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance. It disappointed me so much, so for now, i think it is horrible. Maybe i will like it if i watch it again at another time

The Devil Inside. My wife talked me into watching this piece of garbage, and now she owes me one! Don't waste your time. This so called horror movie is neither scary or exciting.

Rock of Ages.
Tom Cruise is great in it (as usual), but he couldn't save an otherwise mediocre, poorly written and executed film. Of course it didn't help that I'm not a very big fan of musicals in general and that to me Hair Metal is one of the worst eras of music ever. It was actually funny (not in a good way) to see all these people screaming that they wanted to rock and then segueing into singing a very cheesy 80's power ballad or whatever  Now someone please make a movie about Black Sabbath and the birth of Metal in Birmingham in the 70's. _ In an industrial accident at the age of 17 on his last day of work in a sheet metal factory, the lead guitarist Tommy Iommi lost the tips of the middle and ring finger of his right hand. After the injury, Iommi contemplated abandoning the guitar. However, his manager played him a recording of famed jazz guitarist Django Reinhardt. "My friend said, 'Listen to this guy play,' and I went, 'No way! Listening to someone play the guitar is the very last thing I want to do right now!" But he kept insisting and he ended up playing the record for me. I told him I thought it was really good and then he said, "You know, the guy's only playing with two fingers on his fretboard hand because of an injury he sustained in a terrible fire." I was totally knocked back by this revelation and was so impressed by what I had just heard that I suddenly became inspired to start trying to play again.To compensate for his injury, Iommi strung his guitars with lighter strings, made thimbles to extend his fingers and in the process became one of the Founding Fathers of Heavy Metal. That coupled with young Ozzy's antics, now that's a film I would very much like to see.
