and if it doesn't work, Mattel has plenty other toys to make movie of ! how about a ...a big Jim , big Jack movie Where super Biologically engineering athletes are defending the earth against hostile aliens in a mega universal Olympic game. This movie sucks, lol. Transformers: The Movie owns this so bad, it's not even funny. The redubbed announcing Duke is alive is terribly done, the plot is stupid, Cobra Commander's degenrating brain is annoying (which sucks cause I love him), and it just overall isn't that good.

I've never been a huge GI joe fanatic,but I grew up on the 80's show and toys and really liked the film. The only thing that bothered me was Cobra Commander's decline and eventual demotion into a reptile. He was my favorite and although his leadership was questionable(well,the good guys always have to win,don't they?),I disliked Serpentor.

I had all the toys as a kid - it was much better than what I did with them. (Threw them out the window into a thorn bush, never to see them again)

The G.I.Joe movie was awesome. From the EPIC opening of the Joes defending Lady Liberty against Cobra to the climatic ending. I definitely would've loved to have had more characters involved, but overall it was great. I only wish Marvel/Sunbow would've re-upped for a third season.

I actually enjoyed the movie it was uncut on usa recently found it enjoyable. It is worth watching at leat once.
